Here is the basket I made for the Fall Intrigue Basket Swap. I found this lovely copper basket at a thrift store and thought it was perfect for the swap. My partner was Margaret of the Rusty Plum. She has posted pics also.
Here are some of the items I included in the basket.
A candle with embroidery leaf and vintage vinegar and oil with machine embroidery towels. Both the leaves and veggies were made on my Janome 11000 embroidery machine.
A Halloween stamp and Halloween apron. The apron was designed and sewn by
"Moi".Two tags I made from from Graphic 45 scrapbook paper and a handmade "Friends" fabric postcard.
Brown Aida cloth and fall colored floss, pumpkin kitchen scrubber, and vintage inspired napkins.
What a fun swap. I have been on vacation and will receive my basket later this week. Happy Fall!
so glad to see your post, and am looking forward to seeing what you will post from Margaret. I love the copper basket, that is so cool and your machine embroidered towel is lovely. Thanks for posting!
