Falling Leaves with a Little Pink

Welcome to my Pink Saturday post.  This week Beverly has suggested that we might want to do a fall theme.  This lovely photo was taken from the back deck of our home in Kentucky.  The weather was very dry in October and consequently the leaves weren't as brilliant as some years.  There were still some colors and many leaves in the yard.

Here are a few of the colors.

One afternoon I saw these four deer in the cornfield across the road.  Hope you can make out the deer.

Thanks to Beverly at How Sweet the Sound for hosting Pink Saturday.  Check out her blog for more Pink Saturday posts.  As always, thanks you for visiting my blog and HAPPY FALL TO ALL.

After spending three wonderful weeks in Kentucky, I am back in the Arizona desert where the temperatures are wonderful.  This is a great time to be in Arizona.  The house is decorated for Halloween and I'm ready for those Trick or Treaters this weekend.

What a beautiful view you have in your Kentucky Home. Hmmmm..isn't there a song about that? Anyway, the Deer seemed pretty content and safe with their heads down grazing. I bet it is nice to be in Arizona for the perfect Fall weather. Hope you have a Great Pumpkin Halloween and Happy Pink Saturday...Sue

I have heard of my old Kentucky home. Believe me you had a lovely area for yours. Glad you had some quality time on a vacation. And, trust all those that had health issues are doing better.

Happy Pink Saturday, Pam.

Your photos are wonderful. I've noticed a pinkish tinge to some of the changing leaves, too.

My husband had five deer cross in front of him one day this week. He was thrilled - and thrilled that that they didn't bump!
