Civil War Chronicles Block of the Month

This is the Civil War Chronicles Block of the Month quilt after the May blocks.  This is the center of the quilt and will eventually be placed on point in the quilt.  The finished quilt will measure 108" x 108".  I didn't measure this piece but it is displayed on a king size bed so you get the idea of its size.

I don't think we will be adding to this center piece until the end of the quilt.  I have my June kit and it is for four squares that will be placed in the corner pieces.  This has been a challenging quilt so far with lots of half square triangles.  But the finished quilt is just beautiful and I'm so pleased with mine so far.

I also always appreciate all the nice comments oyu leave me. It is hard ot get around each day and I know there are folks here who answer each and every one of their comments. I wish I had the time to organize m time so I could to it too. But I appreciate knowing you and hope your week is beautiful. Anne

It is gorgeous Pam! Heck, it looks finished to me. You mean there's more? Ha! A lot of work for sure.

Are you getting any of the smoke or any problems from those fires burning in Arizona? Such an awful thing.

Take care! Best wishes, Tammy

Thank you for showing this! I just cut out Month 1 today (yeah, I know, I have a lot of catching up to do) and looking at all you've gotten done means I really need to go sew it up before I get even further behind.

It really looks good on your bed and Tammy's right, if this is only half way through, this is going to be a big 'un! Very inspiring!!

I think this is a shot in the dark. However my dear friend died recently and she had started the Civil War Chronicles quilt, many years ago.
She left it to me and begged that I finish it.
I do not have all the blocks 6 and 8 are missing and some instructions.
Is there any chance you still have the patterns or can advise me where I may purchase them?

Thank you Pam Francis 513 259 7339
