I have posted about this quilt previously. It is a quilt top that I made in a class a number of years ago. I wasn't pleased with the borders and put it in the cedar chest. I discovered it this year while spring cleaning and decided that maybe it wasn't so bad after all. I sent it to Wanda in Ohio to be quilted. I just finished the binding this week and I have to admit it is lovely. I am so pleased with the quilting pattern Wanda designed for it. It really added to the southwest flavor of the quilt. I purchased the backing fabric at Mulqueen's here in Mesa and it was perfect for the southwest theme.

Hi Pam, it's gorgeous and the backing is just perfect for it.
Thanks for your comment about Sweet Kitty. Did your vet say what could have caused Luke to have such an infection? It's almost like it affected her vocal chords. She had a very unique meow that I heard every morning and evening when she would come for her spoonful of canned cat food. But when she became sick, she never mewed, not once. She was in the backseat with Zack on the way to the vet and he said she did meow once. But that was it. Even when the vet was injecting her, she pulled away and tried to fight, but didn't make a sound. I found that so very sad. I'm wore out from all the crying I did and tossed and turned 2 nites in a row. Hopefully will get more sleep tonite but my mind just goes round and round when I put my head on my pillow. :/
Hope you are having a good day. Tammy
I know Wanda will love it!
Love it Pam. The colors are so vibrant and I'm glad you're happy with it now.
